If you are having trouble uploading a video, we have some suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue:
- First, try logging out of your account, refreshing your browser, and then logging back in. This simple step can often resolve temporary issues or glitches that might be affecting the upload process.
- Make sure you do not close your browser before the video has finished uploading completely. Closing the browser prematurely can interrupt the upload process, so it's important to let it reach 100% before closing or navigating away from the page.
- If you are uploading a video using your mobile phone, avoid switching to other apps while the upload is in progress. This can help ensure a smooth and uninterrupted upload.
- Check the size of your video file. SinParty has a maximum video upload size of 100GB. If your video exceeds this limit, you may need to compress or reduce its file size before attempting to upload it.
- After uploading your video, if you receive a "Pending" notification, it means that the video is being processed. Do not delete the video until the processing is complete to avoid an incomplete upload.
- During the upload process, take the opportunity to add video information such as a title, description, and tags. These details can enhance the discoverability and user experience of your video.
If you have followed these suggestions and are still unable to upload your video, we recommend checking your internet connection or trying a different browser or device.
