Each subscription is a separate transaction. If you have paid for your subscription through your debit or credit card, it will be charged again at the end of your subscription period for each creator. If you used your SinParty balance to pay for your subscription, the cost would be deducted from your balance at the end of the subscription period.
Remember to keep your balance topped up so the renewal payment will be successful.
